Service Description

Overnight Platinum Care includes an evening visit, which typically starts around 6 PM on the day of your departure. Our Platinum Care package ensures that your pet(s) will not be left alone for more than 6 hours during the day. We also offer additional services, such as collecting your mail, newspapers, and packages. Additionally, we can place your waste cart out for collection and retrieve it afterward, along with any other items you may need while you’re away.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to pet sitting services. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair while also ensuring that our pet sitters' time is respected. Thank you for your understanding.
