Service Description

Overnight Plus Care includes an evening visit that typically begins around 6 PM and ends no earlier than 7 AM. Our Plus Care package offers 2 to 3 drop-in pet visits throughout the day. Additional services can also be provided, such as bringing in your mail, newspaper, and any packages received, placing your waste cart out for service, as well as retrieving it after collection, and any other items you may need while you're away.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to pet sitting services. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair while also ensuring that our pet sitters' time is respected. Thank you for your understanding.
