Service Description

Round trip pet taxi to groomer or veterinarian for 1 pet. Payment for services for third party needs to be arranged prior or during service before pet pickup. We are not responsible for third party payments nor can we wait more than 10 minutes for payment to be made to pick-up pet. Please arrange ahead of time for a smooth transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to pet sitting services. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair while also ensuring that our pet sitters' time is respected. Thank you for your understanding.
